First Aid at Work (IOSH Level 1) – This is a 6-week course that consists of two 3-hour sessions per week and covers the curriculum for this level of certification. It is available as an evening course on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6pm to 9pm, or you can attend during your lunch break at work if that works better for you and your employer. The Manchester First Aid Course is divided into 12 modules, which include basic life support, minor injury treatment, dealing with burns, dealing with choking hazards, dealing with severe bleeding emergencies, and much more.

Emergency First Aid at Work (IOSH) – This is an 8-week course that meets four evenings per week, beginning Monday evenings at 6 p.m. and ending at 9 p.m. This course covers everything from putting together an emergency first aid kit to treating sprains, strains, and bruises, as well as CPR and basic hypothermia awareness techniques.
