CAPF AC Written Test 2021
UPSC conducts the CAPF AC test at the allotted CAPF Exam Centers. The basic CAPF AC Exam follows the below-mentioned pattern:
- CAPF AC consists of two papers, i.e., Paper 1 (Objective type) and Paper 2 (Subjective type).
- Paper 1 (Objective type) carries 250 marks, and Paper 2 (Subjective type) has 200 effects.
- The total duration of Paper 1 is two hours, and Paper 2 is three hours.
- Paper 1 (Objective type) has questions in English and Hindi, and Paper 2 (Subjective type) has only questions in English.

Important Points
- Pregnant Women are disqualified at the time of PET, and their applications are rejected.
- Candidates have the right to appeal against disqualification to the Appellate Authority, designated by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
CAPF AC Interview or Personality Test
The candidates who are fit and can clear the PET are summoned for the final round of the Interview or Personality Test. The candidates can score a maximum of 150 marks in this round.
- The interview panel consists of 4 persons, of which one is a Chairperson (a serving member of CAPF) and others are professors/experts with high experience in their related fields.
- The interview process has a session of introduction, in the beginning, to build up the confidence of the candidate.
- The interview Panel asks the questions based on the Detailed Application Form filled by the candidate.
- The candidates need to prepare an answer for current affairs happening at the National and International levels.
